Make sure your phone is compatible with Social pop

Go to your phone settings. From there search for NFC. Make sure NFC capabilities are enabled.

If tapping your Social Pop to other phones takes them to the Social Pop register page, double check that you used the temporary password on the back of your Social Pop Card to register your account.

If this temporary password is not used to register, your Social Pop will not connect correctly to your Social Pop profile.

Can't find temporary password? No problem! Send a message to @Socialpop.us on Instagram or send an email to support@socialpopus.com and we will link your account manually.

Shipping

Shipping in the U.S.A usually takes between 1–5 business days, based on your location.

Outside of the U.S.A. can take up to 7–21 business days.

if you have received an email saying your Social Pop has been shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for your Social Pop to arrive.

If it does go past 10 days, please send us a email @ support@socialpopus.com and we'll fix your issue!

We ship through USPS envelopes to send our Social Pops. Tracking isn't available.
